Brahma Muhurat is the time period of the day lies in the morning from 4:45 – 5:45 as per GMT + 05:45 (Kathmandu world time). As per Hindu mythology this is the best time period to wake up and start the journey of the day.

Similarly, the shutting time period should also be specified for healthy life. You must sleep at least 7 hrs in each 24Hrs for proper relax of your body. 

Although I don’t tell you to shut down at this – this time but is suggest you to wake up at Brahma Muhurat.

Balance Diet

Healthy food for healthy life. The statements already clears you about the power of healthy food for your healthy body. If you take a healthy meal in your daily life then it is sure that your body will develop properly and strongly.

If your body get strong then automatically you become strong. If you become strong then automatically your family will strong.

For a healthy diet you can take the desi/ local / home products like Dal, Rice, Peas and Grams, Potatoes, Green vegetables and fresh fruit.

If you follow the process and maintain the proper diet then no one can stops you from being healthy man. Banana, Apple, Orange and Grapes are the major healthy and body building fruit which is not only best for your tongue test but also best for your body.

It is easy to maintain a proper diet for the day by eating the home made and local vegetables production in your area.

Water Reminder

Water is that portion of every living which helps to grow you up. The proper percent of water in your body makes your health more better. The main use of water in our body is not to fulfill the thirst but also to fulfiill your healthy body.

Correct Posture
