Have you ever think? sometimes the smartphones company provides their smartphones with the wrong processor. It means that the use of Old processor like MeidaTek Helio p20, p30 and the old processor of snapdragon like snapdragon 435 etc. are also in use in today’s smartphones.

If we talk about the smartphones then the performance of the smartphones is totally based on the RAM and the processor used in the phone. We all know the smartphones having good processor works fine as compared to old and outdated processor.

So, let’s talk about the reason behind the use of old processor in today’s smartphones.

Smartphones Processor

Snapdragon, MediaTek, Exynos and Kirin are the top most cheapest in android OS. Due to the change in time the performance also gets change. That’s why for the better performance of the smartphones the version and upgrade of the processor is also required.

Let’s talk to the topic. What do you think, does people focus on processor while buying the smartphones?

The simple answer of this question is No. Although the processor is the major reason behind the performance of the smartphones the consumer like us may not focus on the processor used on the phone.

The great example is that just go and ask the smartphones users about the cheapest used in his/her phone. Oviously, they get null about the answer. Because they don’t focus on the processor used in their phone. More than 80% consumer just focus on the price, looks, design, latest android version and the RAM installed in their phones.

Effect of Wrong Processor in Smartphones?

As we have already mentioned you that in today’s time the consumer are just focusing on the latest models and design of the phone. Be sure that, the performance of the phone is totally depends upon the cheapest used in the phones.

If there is the wrong cheapest or old cheapest then the performance of the smartphones gets totally down although the smartphones have high volume RAM.

Xiaomi’s Redmi 8A and 8A Dual is the good example of the topic. Redmi 8A and 8A Dual comes with 3GB of RAM but the processor is old/ wrong. The device comes with Snapdragon 435 which is old and outdated one.

Although the phone has good level of RAM but the performance of the phone is very dim. The phone doesn’t gives the satisfied performance with it’s 3GB RAM.

This example clears that the performance of the smartphones is totally depends upon the processor used in the phones.

Reason to Use Old Processor in Smartphones

Now, come to the point. Here we have find out some reason behind this strategy followed by smartphones company in their smartphones.

  • In this time people are in search for the cheap and best smartphones. So, this is the plus point for every smartphones company to decrease the performance and increase the revenue by using old processor.
  • Due to focus on design rather than the performance. It is one of the reason for wrong processor in smartphones. Many people are just focusing on the design of the smartphones rather than the performance and cheapest used in it.
  • Last priority on speed and first priority on PCBDD. It means that, the average consumer comes in the smartphones market with PCBDD (Price, Camera, Battery, Display and Design) priority.

Is Processor Matters the Performance of Smartphones

RAM and processor are the two headers of smartphones that decides and maintain the overall performance of the smartphones. One thing we may all know that, the smartphones having high value of RAM and Processor makes the smartphones performance better.

So, due to this we can say that the real reason for the best performance of every smartphones is totally depends upon the processor and the RAM installed in the phones.

Final Words

Processor is the sole body of every smartphones that determines the speed and performance of the phones. Higher the processer then higher the performance. Although the processor matters the performance it is rare to get such phones in budget segment.

Suppose, if we got the smartphones having good processor in best budget then we may notice the cross-cutting in the smartphones. It means that, there is not a complete balance in them. May be the good processor in one hand and the software with no any regular updates in the phones.
